I placed Guy's code on the web at:

http://ciei.colorado.edu/pubs/cig

The code is intended to be run in the following
sequence:

minos_bran.f (which you have)
eigcon.f (reformats the results from minos_bran)
green.f
syndat.f

Subroutine libraries that are needed include

fftsubs.f
rcode.f  (for instrument responses)

Also, there are input files needed to determine
station location, instrument polarity and orientation,
and CMTs, including:

LIST.STA
locale.cmt.big
stations

Much of the I/O is in what's called GFS for
Guy's file system, which is in a subdirectory:

/gfs

In my version, I'm trying to remove all of GFS.
But, Guy has documented this part in a README
in this subdirectory.

Please call me to talk about this if you get
stuck. Jeroen knows about this code, and I plan
to get back to work on it to familiarize myself
with it.
