Files RG_??.res, LG_??.res contain densities of observation as a number of paths
at the equatorial cell 2x2 degrees
Column 1 - longitude
Column 2 - latitude
Column 3 - number of paths crossing the cell with center point at these coordinates.
Ignore columns 4 and 5.
